Martin Reff - Founder & CEO

Martin is a well-versed Senior Software Engineer with a solid background in frontend development, specializing in TypeScript and frameworks such as React and Next JS. With significant experience in project management and leading software engineering teams, Martin's work reflects a commitment to collaboration and effective leadership.

In 2019, Martin ventured to establish Neat Codes after accruing six years of valuable industry experience. As the founder, my vision has been to offer streamlined, innovative software services to startups. Under my leadership, Neat Codes has executed more than 20 diverse projects, tackling challenges with software automation using solutions in web and native applications, as well as in cutting-edge fields like machine learning and AI.

Beyond his technical contributions, Martin is deeply devoted to community service through working with nonprofit organizations. I serve on the board of the Iranian American Student Council (IASC), a nonprofit dedicated to empowering students and alumni of Iranian heritage across America. Additionally, I am the COO of the Persian American Cancer Institute (PACI), where I play a pivotal role in supporting cancer research and treatment initiatives through partnerships with organizations like Be The Match and City of Hope.
