Mahdi Rafati - Founder & CEO

Mahdi is a well-versed Senior Software Engineer with a solid background in frontend development, specializing in TypeScript and frameworks such as React and Next JS. With significant experience in project management and leading software engineering teams, Mahdi's work reflects a commitment to collaboration and effective leadership.

He pursued his studies in Computer Science at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and his extensive tech stack includes Python, C++, C, React JS, React Native, TypeScript, Swift, jQuery, JSON, JSX, HTML5, and CSS3.

In 2019, after working as a software engineer for 6+ years, Mahdi founded Neat Codes. Driven by a mission to provide streamlined software solutions to startups, Neat Codes has successfully completed over 50 projects across various technologies, including web-based and native applications, machine learning, and AI-based software.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mahdi is deeply committed to giving back to his community through volunteer work. He has generously volunteered his time and expertise with several non-profit organizations, including the Child Foundation, Keep Children in School (KCIS) Foundation, Farhang Foundation, and the Persian American Cancer Institute (PACI). As the COO and event producer for PACI, he has played a pivotal role in helping the organization raise over $100,000 to support cancer research and treatment through organizations like Be The Match and City of Hope.
